The first fire that is causing the most calls to our District office is off of the 60 Freeway between Diamond Bar and Phillips Ranch Road, west of us. The second fire is off of the 91 Freeway near Weir Canyon Road. There are no evacuation orders and there are no fires burning anywhere near our schools. |
PTSA Announcements PTSA SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!Ayala PTSA is offering Graduating High School Senior Scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each to acknowledge the achievements of high school seniors for their volunteer service in the school and community.
Availability
Scholarship funds are available to Ayala High School Seniors graduating between January 1 - June 30 of the current academic year. The student must be a current member of the Ayala PTSA (Ayala PTSA membership envelopes available in Mrs. Hinkle’s office). Scholarship is to be used during the fall semester/ quarter following high school graduation at an accredited college or university, community college or trade or technical school. REFLECTIONS PROGRAM - "BEAUTY IS"Anyone interested in participating in the Reflections Program can get an application from Mrs. Hinkle's office (Vice Principal). The theme this year is "Beauty Is" and the deadline to submit your entry is November 9th. Good luck to all participants!
PTSA MEMBERSHIP UPDATE!
Still need to join PTSA, it's easy! Just submit $10 in an envelope with your name, address, phone number, email address, student's name/grade then turn it in to the Administration Office (to switchboard operator). Make checks payable to: Ayala High School PTSA. Our next PTSA Meeting date/time TBD.
